Catherine Hannah

Mrs. Hannah has worked in the direct services field for individuals with developmental disabilities for thirty-five years. She has been a member of the P.I.L.O.T. Services team for 13 years and has served as the Executive Director for the past 6 years. Mrs. Hannah brings a comprehensive array of experience and knowledge to the programs she administers. During her tenure as Executive Director at P.I.L.O.T. Services, she has never failed a licensing inspection by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities and has received many compliments on the level of a quality care she demands from her staff.

Render Jones, Jr.

Mr. Jones has been an employee at P.I.L.O.T. Services for 12 years. He has worked in many capacities at within the programs. He has worked his way from a direct care technician to Supervisors, Manager, and Program Coordinator, on his way to becoming Director of Program Development and Quality Assurance. Mr. Jones' knowledge of both the DDD Standards and P.I.L.O.T. Services policies and procedures makes him a major asset to the agencies quality assurance efforts.

Mr. Jones also assumes the responsibility for new program development and expansion of existing programs. Mr. Jones works closely with the Division of Developmental Disabilities to assure that P.I.L.O.T. Services programs are maintained at the highest level of quality performance.

Thomas Emerson

Mr. Emerson has worked in the area of finances for 34 years. Among his many jobs, he has worked as a controller for the David Hafer Company and as an Accountant and Business Director for the Salvation Army. Mr. Emerson came to P.I.L.O.T. Services in July of 2008. Mr. Emerson has instituted an efficient and comprehensive system of tracking and reporting income and expenditures of public funds from the Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities. Mr. Emerson's system of checks and balances has received glowing approval from the state and private auditing firm of Bowman and Company. Mr. Emerson has put in place the necessary security systems to provide P.I.L.O.T. Service the maximum protection against fraud, waste and abuse.

Darlene Adderly
Coordinator of Residential Services

Ms. Adderly began her employment in the field of developmental disabilities as a Residential Technician in 2001. Prior to that, she worked at Head Start Program as a Special needs Classroom Instructor in 1995. Ms. Adderly then came to P.I.L.O.T. Services 11 years ago where she started as a Residential Technician and has worked her way up to Coordinator of Residential Services. In this role, she supervises the residential managers and provides oversight and motivation of the residential programs. Ms. Adderly's dedication to this population is seen and felt daily.

Monica Randolph

Ms. Randolph has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for thirteen years. She has worked for the Burlington County Special Services School as a Teaching Assistant, part-time art teacher and ran the adult activity program in the evenings. From 1990-2007, Ms. Randolph worked at the New Lisbon Developmental Center holding positions as a cottage training supervisor, head cottage training supervisor, and instructional counselor. In the summer of 2009, Ms. Randolph brought her 23 years of experience to the P.I.L.O.T. Services staff, where she has created a learning and teaching environment that encourages and supports the personal, social and vocational growth for all our Day Program consumers.

Bonnie Weeks
Community Living Coordinator

Bonnie Weeks began her career as a Residential Technician with P.I.L.O.T. Bonnie soon found working with individuals with special needs challenging, rewarding and a source of passion for her. Her dedication and hard work was evident as she rose to the position of Assistant Group Home Manager. Not long after that, Bonnie was promoted again and eventually became manager. Today Mrs. Weeks serves as the Community Living Coordinator and provides assisted living services to individuals living in their own homes and apartments, so that they may live a full and independent life in a community of their choice.

Joan Johnson
Individual Habilitation Plan Coordinator

Ms. Johnson began her career 31 years ago working in an Adult Training Services (ATS) day program, where she worked her way from an ATS Technician, to a Center Supervisor. Later her interest turned to employment, as she worked as a supported employment specialist for the developmentally disabled. She initially came to P.I.L.O.T. Services as a Supported Employment Coordinator and went on to become the Crew Labor and Residential Coordinator. Now going into her 17th year with P.I.L.O.T. Services Ms. Johnson maintains the same commitment and enthusiasm as she did upon entering the field. Ms. Johnson is the IHP Coordinator at P.I.L.O.T. Services. In that capacity, she carries the responsibility for setting up; conducting and following up on IHP team meetings, Plan recommendations and assures appropriate implementation of individual goals and objectives activity.

Lisa Daly
Consumer Affairs Coordinator

Ms. Daly is the longest termed employee at P.I.L.O.T. Services. She currently serves as the agency’s Consumer Affairs Coordinator and the HR Personnel Specialist. Ms. Daly has a wealth of experience working with licensing documentation required by the State Division of Developmental Disabilities. She is highly motivated and one of our most efficient and self-demanding employees.
